Providing support for maintenance of Retail centers at Delhi/NCR location. 2. Maintaining effective office administration for better coordination in the office premises. 3. Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc. 4. Competently preparing SOP for various Administration functions in compliance to company policies. 5. Purchasing the stationary and gift items for the office staff for proper inventory control. 6. Handling complete Facilities (Stationary) and infrastructure set up including repair & maintenance. 7. Coordinating for travel & lodging arrangement. 8. Petty cash Management. 9. Liaisoning with electricity department, municipal department, etc. for smooth services. 10. Help in maintaining the pantries and general office environment. 11. Support and/or manage onsite and offsite events as scheduled. Asset Management 1. Maintaining an inventory & keeping a proper record of an asset. 2. Responsible for the housekeeping and handling the manpower for the result oriented target. 3. Interacting with different departments for executing the maintenance and AMC of all equipment to view overall efficiency. Vendor Management and Material Management : 1. Responsible for payment to vendor / supplier and staff member, establish and maintain effective working relation with external parties (e.g. Vendor, counter parts tec.) cost control measure through better pricing and vendor management. 2. Reconcile individual expense accounts with budget control sheets on monthly basis. Control of al expense and capital expenditure against budget. 3 . Guide control all the outsourced staff and review the current workflow & amp; processes and recommended solutions to ensure optimum utilization of existing resources.
