HSE Coordinator, Montreal Hub Key role in a world-renowned organization Opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the HSE Montreal Hub Role based in Montreal About the role We are looking for a HSE Coordinator,to provide support principally to the General Manager HSE, Montreal Hub. This position is a great opportunity to play a key role within the HSE Montreal Hub team. Working on 5 days on, 2 days off roster and reporting to the General Manager HSE, Montreal Hub, you will: Structure and maintain HSE communication/collaboration system (Microsoft Teams). Coordinate the support of administrative work for leadership team members and facilitate transfer to the India Team (lift and shift). Collate and ensure follow up on team action plans and milestones. Extract HSE data; prepare reports and presentations for management reporting and metrics. Assists with producing dashboards and reports which enable stakeholders to utilize and analyze key performance indicators (Lean). Provides supports to special projects and other initiatives as directed. Manage Montreal Hub General Manager HSE calendars appointments, Webex/telepresence/videoconference, invitations, agendas, minutes and actions for distribution across. Prepare programmes for site visits, and work with key stakeholders for visas application process. Follow-up departmental budget (liaise with Finance Controllership) Manage end to end service requests for stakeholders (e. g. RTTMS tickets, etc.) About you To be successfully considered for this role, you will have: Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) Technical/College diploma At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Up to date knowledge of toolsets and technologies required to effectively perform the role. Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion Manage work across different time zones Grasp issues quickly, identify priorities and deliver on time Proactive problem-solving approach Excellent decision-making skills Strong sense of teamwork Determination, organizational skills, attention to detail Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Yammer social media platform, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint About us As pioneers in mining and metals, we produce materials essential to human progress.
