Job Description:-

Primary responsible for achieving sales topline and unit growth in the designated territory

Organic growth: maintain/grow the existing dealer network.
Inorganic growth: Expand/add new dealers and grow the channel network within the designated region/territory.

Responsible for overall product sales of all products & value addition/enhancement by upselling, increasing ASP and in turn contributing to profitability of Widex within assigned area.

Should be able to make designated number of effective sales calls on a daily and monthly basis.

Accurate sales data reporting in CRM and analysing data for performance improvement.

Collecting the outstanding amounts and keeping this within/below company norms.

Responsible for the execution of local/regional competitive sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market share & increase Widex SoW.

Works closely with Regional Sales Manager/ NSM Manager to execute strategies/ initiates/ plans to improve overall Sales, customer/dealer satisfaction and companys performance and positioning.

Understands the competitive landscape; keeps management informed of changing industry dynamics, market conditions, competitive and customer developments on a weekly/monthly reporting basis or as required from time to time.

Effectively manages time and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Graduate (60%+)

Should have good communication skills.

Should have good experience of channel sales.
